The essentials

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 100g almonds
  • 8 pieces of chocolate (we’ve used dark but use whatever you prefer!)

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Combine all three ingredients, make them into cookie shapes and place them onto a piece of grease proof paper.

Bake in the oven for approximately 10 – 15 minutes.

 

A little bit extra

You can also swap out the dark chocolate for any other topping, e.g. fruit, sultanas or milk chocolate. Let us know what you try yours with. This is a great little snack to have on the go at any time of the day.
