Lucy’s Overnight Oats

 

The essentials

 

Ingredients

  • 40g oats – preferably rolled oats
  • 150ml almond drink/milk
  • 2 tsps chia seeds
  • Handful of sunflower seeds
  • 75g blueberries

Serves 1

 

Method

Simply mix all of the ingredients together, place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the following morning.

 

A little bit extra

 

This breakfast works best for you if you like a carb-heavy breakfast, as opposed to a higher fat breakfast like eggs. You will get your protein fix from the chia seeds and oats in this recipe, so it’s great for your energy.
