Vanilla Protein Overnight Oats

 

The essentials

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats 
  • 200ml almond milk 
  • 60g vanilla protein powder
  • 100ml water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Serves 2


Method

Whizz all the ingredients except for the oats and chia seeds in a nutribullet or shake together well until all the protein has dissolved.
Mix in the oats and chia seeds and then set in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning for breakfast!
